How to Stream and Edit Gaming Videos
This class teaches students everything they need to know to be a streamer.
Ages: 9-15
Previous Experience Required: None (this class is for beginners)
Concepts Taught: How to set up our hardware and software, mic placement and sound recording techniques, camera placement and lighting, software technical optimization, editing, J and L cuts, titles, basic animation, montages, exporting, how to get subscribers, “hacking” the algorithms
In this class, students will learn everything they need to know to be a streamer. We’ll go through each of the aspects of streaming, including setting up all the hardware and software. In each class, we’ll focus on a different aspect, learning how to optimize it for having a professional quality stream. By the end of the class, students will have professional-quality streams they can go live with (with their parents’ permission).
